- Service refers to the products, services, and software you access or utilize, including any activity by Waiters Capital to connect you with lenders or financial service providers.
- Account refers to your registration with Waiters Capital and any information you provide to us (not to be confused with banking or financial accounts).
- The terms "include," "includes," and "including" should be read as "without limitation."
2. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the revised Terms. The last revision date is listed at the top of the Terms. Please review these Terms regularly.

- Allowing us and our partners to pull credit reports to assess your eligibility for funding.

6. Financial & Credit Authorization
By submitting an application, you authorize:
- Waiters Capital and its partners to pull credit reports from agencies such as Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion.
- Financial institutions to release information about you to Waiters Capital and its partners.
- The sharing of your information with affiliates and funding providers.
This authorization is valid for 120 days unless revoked in writing.
7. Information Security
We use encryption, firewalls, and access controls to protect your data. However, no online platform is 100% secure. You assume responsibility for keeping your login credentials private.
8. Links to Third-Party Sites
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. Waiters Capital is not responsible for third-party content or actions.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties

CLASS ACTION WAIVER: You cannot bring claims as part of a class action lawsuit.
LIMITATION ON CLAIMS: Any claims must be filed within one (1) year from the date of occurrence.
